  • Captain Cardinal lets Vi Moradi escape confinement. 

  • Captain Cardinal fights Captain Phasma.

  • THE SKIRMISH AT TUANUL

    • The First Order arrives at Tuanul on Jakku to find Lor San Tekka. They begin shooting the villagers that attempt to defend themselves. 

    • Poe Dameron places the map inside BB-8 and sends him far away from the battle. 

    • FN-2003, "Slip" is killed by Poe Dameron. 

    • FN-2187 is deeply troubled after witnessing the death of his friend, FN-2003. The force awakens inside him. 

    • The First Order surround the villagers and captures Lor San Tekka. 

    • Lor San Tekka is killed by Kylo Ren. 

    • Poe Dameron is captured by the First Order. 

    • Kylo Ren and Phasma order the execution of the town of Tuanul. FN-2187 refuses to fire. 

    • The First Order retreat from Jakku.

  • Rey saves BB-8 from being nearly captured and sold for parts by Teedo. She agrees to let BB-8 stay with her.

  • Poe Dameron is interrogated by Kylo Ren. He cracks and informs The First Order that he placed the map inside his BB unit. 

  • General Hux begins his search on Jakku for the BB unit.  

  • Rey refuses to sell BB-8 for food rations. 

  • Unkar Plutt sends out for the kidnapping of BB-8. 

  • FN-2187 helps Poe Dameron escape, hoping to also himself escape the First Order. 

  • FN-2187 and Poe steal a TIE Fighter.

  • Colonel Kaplan and Petty Officer Thanisson are killed. 

  • FN-2187 is given the name Finn. 

  • Finn and Poe are shot down and crash land on Jakku. 

  • Both Poe and Finn survive the crash however are split up. Finn takes Poe's jacket and finds his way to Niima Outpost.

  • Poe finds a means on Jakku of returning to D'Qar. 

  • Han and Chewie successfully board three Rathtars on their ship using a larger crew, whom all die besides Han and Chewbacca themselves. 

  • General Organa sends Korr Sella to Hosnian Prime to make a case to the Senate for action against The First Order. 

  • At this time Sidon Ithano and his crew are on Takodana.

  • BB-8 is almost kidnapped by Unkar Plutt's thugs. Rey however fights them off. 

  • BB-8 spots Finn wearing Poe's jacket. Rey confronts Finn. 

  • Finn pretends to be part of the Resistance and informs BB-8 that he believe Poe to be killed. 

  • A First Order patrol spots BB-8 and they begin firing on Rey and Finn. 

  • Finn and Rey steal the Millennium Falcon from Unkar Plutt by means of escaping The First Order. 

  • Rey and Finn escape Jakku with BB-8 aboard the Millennium Falcon. 

  • Finn tells BB-8 that he is not part of the Resistance. BB-8 informs them their base is in the Ileenium System. 

  • Han and Chewie locate the Millennium Falcon and capture it in the Eravana. 

  • Han and Chewie find Rey and Finn aboard their reclaimed ship. 

  • SKIRMISH ABOARD THE ERAVANA

    • Bala-Tik boards the Eravana with his gang and Kanjiklub to confront Han about his debt of 100,000. 

    • Rey and Finn accidentally free the Rathtars aboard the Eravana in an attempt to save Han and Chewie. 

    • Tasu Leech is killed by a Rathtar. 

    • Kanjiklub is dissolved as a result of its members being eaten by Rathtars. 

    • Han, Chewie, Rey and Finn escape aboard the Falcon. 

  • The Guavian Death Gang informs the First Order that Han Solo has BB-8. 

  • Han Solo takes the crew to Takodana to get help from Maz Kanata, in the form of an unmarked ship. 

  • Spies for both the First Order and the Resistance inform their respective sides of the presence of BB-8. 

  • Finn flees out of fear, and attempts to join Sidon Ithano's crew for passage to the Outer Rim. 

  • Finn reveals to Rey that he is not Resistance and is truly a stormtrooper. 

  • Rey finds Luke's lightsaber on Takodana. 

  • Chewbacca finds Unkar Plutt on Takodana. He rips off Unkar Plutt's arm. 

  • Struck by fear and pressure, Rey runs into the forest of Takodana. 

  • DESTRUCTION OF THE NEW REPUBLIC

    • General Hux oversee's the firing of the Starkiller Base superweapon. 

    • The First Order destroys, Hosnian Prime, Courtsilius, Raysho, Hosnian and Cardota. 

    • Lanever Villecham is killed on Hosnian Prime. 

    • Korr Sella is killed on Hosnian Prime. 

    • The galaxy is able to watch in fear as the worlds of the New Republic are destroyed, and the light from the explosions are visible through to the Mid Rim. 

    • The death of the New Republic leaves The First Order as the solitary leading government of the galaxy. 

    • Worlds immediately begin to turn to the First Order for leadership out of fear and security. 

    • The Force awakens within Rey and Kylo Ren. 

  • THE BATTLE OF TAKODANA

    • The First Order arrives at Takodana and begins an attack on the castle. 

    • Maz Kanata gives Finn Luke's lightsaber. 

    • Rey kills FN-417.

    • Kylo Ren begins chasing Rey. 

    • Finn duels his old ally FN-2199.

    • FN-2199 is killed by Han Solo. 

    • The First Order momentarily hold the survivors of Takodana Castle. 

    • Poe Dameron leads a squadron to Takodana Castle and begins fighting the First Order. 

    • Kylo Ren captures Rey, knowing she has the location of Luke Skywalker in her head. 

    • The First Order pulls back from Takodana with Rey.

  • Han and Leia come together again on Takodana after the battle. 

  • The Resistance returns to D'Qar. 

  • Poe and Finn meet once again on D'Qar. 

  • The Resistance realize that BB-8's map has too little information to find Luke.

  • The First Order prepares to fire on D'Qar. 

  • The Resistance forms a plan to destroy Starkiller Base. 

  • THE BATTLE OF STARKILLER BASE

    • Han lands the Falcon on Starkiller base, with Chewie and Finn making up his ground crew. 

    • Han, Chewie and Finn infiltrate Starkiller Base. 

    • FN-9330 is killed by Chewbacca. 

    • Finn gets Captain Phasma to lower the shields of Starkiller Base. 

    • Han Solo throws Captain Phasma into the trash compactor. 

    • The Resistance begins their attack, making attack runs on the thermal oscillator. 

    • The First Order releases all squadrons to fight the Resistance. 

    • Finn and Han find Rey. They begin their escape. 

    • Furillo is killed. 

    • Han, Finn and Rey decide to infiltrate the thermal oscillator on ground, and blow it up with their explosives.

  • Finn attempts to flee from the Rassus, leading Rey away from the danger if she returns. 

  • Rose Tico stuns Finn, thinking he is a traitor.

  • Poe Dameron asks for help from Maz Kanata, however she informs them she is too busy. She leads them to Canto Bight to find a Master Codebreaker. 

  • Darth Sidious bridges the minds of Kylo Ren and Rey for the first time.

  • Rey is taught how to connect with the Force by Luke Skywalker. She is called to by the dark side. 

  • Luke is terrified by the strength of Rey's connection to the Force, and refuses to teach her further. 

  • Finn and Rose arrive at Canto Bight.

  • Security is alerted to Rose and Finn at Canto Bight after they park in a illegal spot. 

  • Finn and Rose are arrested and imprisoned by Canto Bight security. 

  • Rey practices with her lightsaber.   

  • Rey rushes to save what she believes to be the Caretakers of the island in danger of a rival pirate gang, however realizes it is the Festival of Return on the island.

  • The Resistance medical frigate is destroyed.  

  • Finn and Rose escape prison on Canto Bight with the help of DJ. 

  • Rose and Finn free Fathiers and use them to escape, riding them across Canto Bight and wreak havoc. 

  • BB-8 and DJ steal a ship from Canto Bight. 

  • Rose, Finn, BB-8 and DJ return to the resistance fleet. 

  • Luke reconnects to the Force.

  • Rey connects with the dark side of the island.

  • Rey and Kylo Ren sense their hope within each other. Rey sees the light within Ben, hoping to change him to the light to save the Resistance. Kylo hoping to overthrow Snoke beside Rey and rule the galaxy. 

  • Rey leaves Ahch-To without Luke. 

  • Luke prepares to burn the Jedi texts, however has a change of heart. 

  • Yoda burns the original Jedi Texts. He informs Luke that he must pass on his failures of the jedi as much as the successes. 

  • The Resistance fleet is dwindled to only the Rassus. 

  • Poe learns that Holdo is preparing to abandon ship. 

  • Rey is dropped back at the Imperial fleet, sending herself in a pod to the Supremacy where she is met by Kylo Ren. 

  • Poe Dameron commits mutiny, and arrests Holdo for treason. He attempts to give Finn and Rose more time. 

  • Finn and Rose board the Supremacy and begin attempting to locate the hyperdrive tracker. 

  • BB-9E spots and reports Finn, Rose, DJ and BB-8. 

  • Kylo Ren takes Rey to Snoke.

  • Finn, Rose and DJ are captured by Captain Phasma. 

  • DJ secures a deal with Captain Phasma,telling them the Resistance plan. He is given a ship and a means of escape. 

  • Poe is stunned by Leia, who informs him of the plan and assures him of the Resistance's safety. 

  • The Resistance fleet flees to the planet Crait on small transports. 

  • Admiral Holdo remains behind on the Rassus to slow The First Order fleet.

  • The First Order discover the Resistance fleeing ships headed for Crait as per DJ's information. They begin firing on the ships. 

  • Snoke orders Kylo Ren to execute Rey, resolving his heart to the dark side. 

  • Snoke is killed by Kylo Ren. 

  • Kylo Ren and Rey kill the Praetorian Guards of Snoke's throne room.  

  • Kylo attempts to turn Rey to the dark side for a final time. When she refuses he attempts to take the Skywalker lightsaber, however it is caught inbetween them in the Force. 

  • Admiral Holdo enters lightspeed at the First Order fleet, destroying the Rassus and the Supremacy, including the First Order fleet. 

  • Admiral Holdo is killed. 

  • DJ is killed. 

  • Finn and Rose attempt to escape the Supremacy. 

  • The Skywalker lightsaber is destroyed by Rey and Kylo Ren. 

  • DUEL IN THE SUPREMACY HANGER

    • Captain Phasma attempts to kill Finn for his treason. 

    • Finn knocks Phasma in the head, breaking her helmet. 

    • The fight goes to a raised platform where Finn is surrounded. 

    • Finn informs the stormtroopers of Phasma's treason on Starkiller base. She kills the stormtroopers present and attempts to kill Finn.

    • Finn blasts Phasma over the edge and into exploding ships below. 

    • Captain Phasma is killed. 

  • Finn and Rose steal a craft and fly to Crait. 

  • Rey takes Snoke's escape craft to Crait.

  • Kylo Ren takes the title Supreme Leader of the First Order.

  • Finn and Rose reunite with Poe at Crait. 

  • The Resistance send out a call for help in the Outer Rim. 

  • The First Order lands on Crait and prepares to break down the Rebel base door using miniaturized Death Star technology. 

  • THE BATTLE OF CRAIT

    • The Resistance prepare to fight to destroy the First Order battering ram.

    • The Battle of Crait begins. 

    • Rey and Chewbacca joins the battle. 

    • The Resistance pilots are ordered to veer off their attack. Finn does not and begins to fly straight at the weapon. 

    • The First Order battering ram begins to fire. 

    • Finn is stopped by Rose, who gravely injures herself in the attempt. 

    • The First Order weapon fires, destroying the Resistance defenses. 

    • The Resistance call for help is received at multiple points, but no one comes. 

    • Luke Skywalker uses the Force to send an image of himself across the galaxy to Crait to slow down the First Order and bide time for the Resistance's escape. 

    • Kylo Ren enters a duel with Luke Skywalker. 

    • The Resistance escapes Crait aboard the Millennium Falcon.

    • Luke reveals his trick to Supreme Leader Kylo Ren. 

    • Luke Skywalker dies.

  • The First Order enter the Rebel Base on Crait, and discover that the Resistance has fled. 

  • Rey and Leia sense the death of Luke.

  • Nossor Ri attempts to push away the Rebels arriving at Mon Cala. 

  • Leia Organa begins negotiating for allies from the Mon Cala forces. 

  • Poe Dameron and Finn fight Remex Lo's gang at the weapons depot.

  • Remex Lo and his gang go to Dok-Ondar on Batuu to purchase the hilt of The Sword of Khashyun. 

  • A Stormtrooper Sergeant battles with Remex Lo to gain from Dok-Ondar. 

  • The First Order are pushed out by Remex Lo. 

  • Remex Lo leaves Dok-Ondar, having been beaten.

  • The Rebel Alliance hides on Ajan Kloss. 

  • Maz Kanata joins the Rebels.

  • Rey creates a trial run course on which she trains physically. 

  • Rey learns how to transfer her living force from herself to another being. 

  • The Final Order finishes construction. 

  • With the First Order having a strong hold over the galaxy, Darth Sidious attempts to re-emerge from the Unknown Regions with a mysterious message sent across the galaxy reading: "At last the work of generations is complete. The great error is corrected. The day of victory is at hand. The day of revenge. The day of the Sith!"

  • General Leia sends secret agents to investigate the legitimacy of the return of Palpatine. 

  • Supreme Leader Kylo Ren sees the return of Palpatine as a threat to his power. He begins a journey to search for Palpatine. 

  • General Hux begins feeding information to Boolio on the Sinta Glacier Colony, acting as a spy for the Rebels.

  • MISSION TO MUSTAFAR

    • Kylo Ren goes to Mustafar in search of a Sith wayfinder with which to locate Exegol. 

    • On Mustafar he fights The Alazmec of Winsit, and wipes them out. 

    • Kylo Ren finds the Sith Wayfinder and begins his journey alone to Exegol. 

  • Supreme Leader Kylo Ren finds Sidious' Sith Citadel on Exegol. 

  • Darth Sidious reveals the Final Order to Supreme Leader Kylo Ren and promises him leadership of the new Empire that would rise if he killed Rey, knowing Kylo would fail and instead lead her to Exegol. 

  • MISSION TO THE SINTA GLACIER COLONY

    • Poe, Finn, Chewbacca and Klaud go to the Sinta Glacier Colony to meet with Boolio who has claimed information regarding Palpatine's return from General Hux acting as a spy within the First Order. 

    • A squadron of TIE Fighters find the Millennium Falcon at the colony and begin chasing it. 

    • Poe Dameron begins lightspeed skipping to escape the TIE's through Cardovyte, Ivexia and the Typhonic Nebula. 

    • Eventually they lose the TIEs and make their way back to Ajan Kloss. 

  • Rey trains to hear the voices of Jedi past. 

  • The spy information confirms that Palpatine returned to the Rebels. It reveals that The Final Order would commence attacks on free worlds across the galaxy in 16 hours. It also reveals Palpatine has been hiding on Exegol. 

  • Rey decides to continue the search for Exegol and pick up on the search for Ochi after Luke failed to finish his search many years prior. Finn, Poe and Chewbacca go with her. 

  • Rose Tico is set to observe specs of old Star Destroyers to find weaknesses. 

  • Kylo Ren reforges his mask.

  • Kylo Ren captures Boolio, aware he has confided with a spy within the First Order. 

  • Boolio is killed by Kylo Ren.

  • Domaric Quinn is killed by Kylo Ren. 

  • Kylo Ren begins his search for Rey. 

  • Leia sends Lando a transmission asking for help as Rey passes through Pasaana. 

  • THE MISSION TO PASAANA

    • The Millennium Falcon reaches Pasaana during the Aki Aki Festival of the Ancestors. 

    • Kylo Ren exposes the power of the Dyad between him and Rey, catching a necklace from Pasaana. He locates the origin of the necklace and begins his journey to Pasaana to kill Rey. 

    • FN-2802 is killed by Lando Calrissian. 

    • Lando points the rebels in the correct direction of Ochi's ship. 

    • The rebels are spotted by a First Order patrol and are chased on speeder bikes. 

    • CS-9147 is killed. 

    • Rey recognizes Ochi's ship as the one that took her parents. 

    • The rebels crash and are sucked under the sands of Pasaana. 

    • They find the remains of Ochi and his blade. C-3PO learns the location of the wayfinder from the en-scripted blade, however is unable to translate due to it being written in Sith. 

    • The Knights of Ren arrive at Pasaana. 

    • Chewbacca is captured by the Knights of Ren and the blade of Ochi is recovered by the First Order. 

    • Kylo Ren pushes Rey in her attempt to save Chewbacca. In her moment of anger and strength she unleashes Force lightning on the ship she believed to hold Chewbacca, blowing it up. Chewbacca is believed killed.

  • Chewbacca is taken into custody of General Pryde. 

  • The Millennium Falcon is placed on General Pryde's star destroyer. 

  • The rebels make a plan to go to Kijimi to meet with Babu Frik and have C-3PO's memory wiped to allow for him to translate the location of the Sith Wayfinder. 

  • The rebels begin a journey to Kijimi, tracked by The Knights of Ren.

  • The rebels find Zorii Bliss, who agrees to lead them to Babu Frik. 

  • Zorii Bliss plans to escape Kijimi and go to the Colonies. 

  • Babu Frik translates the Sith encryption, revealing the Sith Wayfinder at the moon of Endor Kef Bir. 

  • Supreme Leader Kylo Ren arrives at Kijimi. 

  • Rey senses the life of Chewbacca on Ren's ship. The Rebels use Zorii's gold medallion to board the Star Destroyer. 

  • Supreme Leader Kylo Ren searches Kijimi for Rey. 

  • Chewbacca is freed by Poe and Finn. 

  • Kylo Ren and Rey duel through their Force Dyad. Kylo Ren informs Rey of her parent's fate.

  • General Hux reveals himself as the spy to Poe, Finn and Chewbacca, rescuing them from execution. 

  • Hux gives Poe, Chewbacca and Finn the Millennium Falcon and helps them escape, letting Finn shoot him in the leg to legitimize his alibi. 

  • Kylo Ren tells Rey that she is a Palpatine. 

  • The Rebels escape aboard the Millennium Falcon. 

  • Allegiant General Pryde discovers that Hux is the spy. 

  • Armitage Hux is killed by General Pryde. 

  • The Rebels go to Kef Bir.

  • Jannah finds the Rebels, supplying them with repairs for the Falcon. 

  • Rey takes a skimmer and goes to the Death Star ruins. 

  • Finn and Jannah follow Rey. 

  • Rey enters the Emperors Vault in the Death Star Throne room, a vergeance in the force. 

  • Rey finds the Sith Wayfinder. 

  • Rey duels a dark side manifestation of herself. 

  • DUEL ON KEF BIR

    • Kylo Ren destroys the Sith Wayfinder, securing that Rey can only reach Exegol with him. 

    • Rey and Kylo Ren begin a duel. 

    • Leia senses the danger her son is in. 

    • Leia reaches out in the Force to save her son. 

    • Kylo Ren stops before killing Rey, hearing his mother reach out to him. 

    • Rey stabs Kylo Ren, disabling him. 

    • Leia Organa Skywalker Solo dies. 

    • Rey senses the death of Leia. 

    • Rey heals Kylo Ren. 

  • Rey takes Kylo Ren's TIE Fighter to Ahch-To, terrified of her own power to live out her days in exile. 

  • Funeral of Leia Organa Skywalker Solo occurs on Ajan Kloss. 

  • Finn, Poe and Chewbacca return to Ajan Kloss having failed their mission. They learn of Leia's passing. 

  • Kylo Ren becomes Ben Solo.

  • Ben Solo throws away his lightsaber. 

  • Ben Solo steals an Imperial TIE Fighter from the ruins of the Death Star, going to Exegol to stop Palpatine. 

  • Darth Sidious senses the return of Ben Solo. He orders General Pryde to begin the Final Order by destroying a world the Rebels know, before coming to join him on Exegol. 

  • Captain Sabrond's Star Destroyer destroys Kijimi. 

  • The Rebel Alliance learns about the destruction of Kijimi. 

  • Emperor Palpatine sends a new message across the galaxy: "The Resistance is dead. The Sith flame will burn. All worlds, surrender or die. The Final Order begins. 

  • Lando Calrissian comes to Ajan Kloss to help fight the First Order. 

  • Finn and Poe become the joint Generals of the Rebel Alliance. 

  • Rey burns her TIE Fighter means of landing Ahch-To. Before she can burn the Skywalker lightsaber, Luke's force ghost speaks to her. Luke shows her how she was still trained despite her bloodline. 

  • Rey is given Leia's lightsaber. 

  • Rey finds the second Sith Wayfinder aboard Ren's ship.

  • Luke gives Rey his Rebel X-Wing. 

  • D-O provides the Rebels with an understanding of the Final Order fleet, and potential weaknesses. 

  • Rey sends a transmission to the Rebels as she goes to Exegol, leading the way. 

  • The Rebels plan to attack a transmissions tower, disabling the Final Order from leaving Exegol. 

  • THE BATTLE OF EXEGOL

    • Lando and Chewbacca go to the Core Worlds to ask for the help of any fighters allied to the Rebels. 

    • The Rebels fly to Exegol. 

    • Rey enters the Sith Citadel in search of Palpatine. 

    • The Rebel fleet engage the Final Order fleet. 

    • The Final Order fleet turns the launch transmission to their lead Star Destroyer. The Rebels begin a ground assault on the wing of the Star Destroyer. 

    • Sith Troopers are unleashed on the Rebel Alliance. 

    • Darth Sidious finds Rey, revealing his true plan to her. He offers her the Throne of the Sith, telling her if she strike him down, his essence will flow into her as with the rest of the Sith, making her the vessel of the Sith and Empress Palpatine.  

    • Urcos Furdam is killed. 

    • Finn and Jannah shut down the Final Order launch transmission. 

    • Seftin Vanik is killed.

    • Ben Solo lands on Exegol and runs into the Sith Citadel to save Rey. 

    • DEATH OF THE KNIGHTS OF REN

      • Ben Solo is approached by The Knights of Ren. 

      • Rey uses the dyad in the Force to pass his mothers saber to Ben Solo. 

      • Kuruk is killed. 

      • Cardo is killed. 

      • Ap'lek is killed.

      • Vicrul is killed..

      • Trudgen is killed.

      • Ushar is killed.

    • Ben Solo runs to rescue Rey from the Sith Trooper elite protecting Darth Sidious. 

    • THE FINAL BATTLE OF JEDI AND SITH

      • Ben Solo and Rey Palpatine stand together to fight Darth Sidious. 

      • Darth Sidious discovers the dyad between Ben and Rey. He uses their power to return himself to full strength. 

    • Temmin Wexley is killed. 

    • Lando Calrissian returns from the Core Worlds with a large alliance of allied fighters.

    • Wedge Antilles fights in the Battle of Exegol.

    • Zorii Bliss and Babu Frik fight in the Battle of Exegol.

  • The galaxy celebrates the end of the First Order, and the Sith.
